## Tools

The [Jargon Buster](https://blogs.ncl.ac.uk/epic/jargon-buster/) was hosted using the Newcastle University blogging service, which is run on WordPress. 

[Degree snapshots](#degree-snapshots), [In-class Expectations](/hidden-curriculum/appendix-4/in-class-expectations.md), and [Research Skills](/hidden-curriculum/appendix-4/research-skills.md) overviews were created using [Genially](https://genial.ly/), a presentation software similar to PowerPoint designed to be used in the browser. Each Genially can be re-used or adapted by using the recycle icon on the bottom right of the presentation.
